Description

A quick and easy recipe for crispy pepperoni chips made with just two ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices of pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Drop 8 large scoops of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them evenly.
  3. Place one slice of pepperoni on top of each cheese scoop.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese crisps are golden and crispy.
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or enjoy them just as they are.

Notes

  • For the best results, make sure your shredded mozzarella cheese is at room temperature.
  • Drop each scoop of cheese about an inch apart on your baking sheet.
  • Want to add a bit more flavor? Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella before baking.
  • If you’re short on time, you can make these pepperoni chips in an air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
  • If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
