A quick and easy recipe for crispy pepperoni chips made with just two ingredients.

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slices of pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Drop 8 large scoops of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Place one slice of pepperoni on top of each cheese scoop.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese crisps are golden and crispy.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly on a wire rack.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or enjoy them just as they are.
Notes
- For the best results, make sure your shredded mozzarella cheese is at room temperature.
- Drop each scoop of cheese about an inch apart on your baking sheet.
- Want to add a bit more flavor? Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella before baking.
- If you’re short on time, you can make these pepperoni chips in an air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
- If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
