- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg white
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Toss the pecans in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated pecans in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer the pecans to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool for 10-20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
