Description

A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional chips, Air Fryer Radish Chips are crispy, flavorful, and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound fresh radishes, washed
  • Olive oil spray
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Trim stems and roots from the radishes, then slice into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  3. Place radish slices on a baking sheet and coat lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange radish slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are browned and chips are crisp.
  5. Transfer chips to a cooling rack and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the radish slices are evenly coated for the best flavor.
  • Experiment with different seasonings to customize your chips.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
