- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions
- Wash and slice zucchini into ½-inch thick rounds.
- Optional: Toss zucchini with 1 tablespoon olive oil in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
- Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over zucchini and toss to combine.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly golden brown.
- Check after 8 minutes and continue cooking if needed.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley, lemon juice, or dipping sauce.
