- 4 slices white bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on two slices of white bread. Top each with the chicken Alfredo mixture, then layer with the remaining provolone. Cover with the remaining bread slices.
- Butter the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until both sides are golden brown and cheese is fully melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
