Description

A delicious and hearty Bacon Cheeseburger Pie that’s perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Bisquick (or similar baking mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown beef with onion until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Spread beef mixture in the pie dish, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheese.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth, then pour evenly over the beef mixture.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and set. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
