Description

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the pineapple chunks dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cayenne pepper, if using.
  4. Wrap each pineapple chunk with a half-slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Roll the bacon-wrapped pineapple in the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet.
