Description

A deliciously healthy dessert made with baked yogurt and cinnamon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • a splash of vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a ramekin that’s been lightly coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon before enjoying!
