- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- a splash of vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a ramekin that’s been lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon before enjoying!
