Description
A delicious BBQ Bacon Burger featuring juicy beef patties, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese, all topped with BBQ sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- While burgers cook, toast the buns with a bit of butter in a skillet or on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble burgers by spreading BBQ sauce on the bottom buns, placing the patties on top, followed by 2 slices of bacon per burger.
- Add any additional toppings, then top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately with fries or your favorite side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the patties in BBQ sauce before cooking.
