Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz of lemon juice
  • 1 oz of coconut water
  • Lemon lime soda, Olipop or Zevia

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: ensure your juices are fresh and chilled.
  2. Mix the juices: in a shaker, combine 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz blue curaçao syrup, and 0.5 oz lemon juice.
  3. Shake well until frothy.
  4. Add cream of coconut: 1 oz, blending smoothly. Introduce 1 oz coconut water; swirl gently.
  5. Serve with effervescence: strain into an ice-filled glass, top with lemon-lime soda.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
