- 2 oz of orange juice
- 2 teaspoons of non-alcoholic blue curacao syrup
- 1–2 teaspoons of cream of coconut
- 0.5 oz of lemon juice
- 1 oz of coconut water
- Lemon lime soda, Olipop or Zevia
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: ensure your juices are fresh and chilled.
- Mix the juices: in a shaker, combine 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz blue curaçao syrup, and 0.5 oz lemon juice.
- Shake well until frothy.
- Add cream of coconut: 1 oz, blending smoothly. Introduce 1 oz coconut water; swirl gently.
- Serve with effervescence: strain into an ice-filled glass, top with lemon-lime soda.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
