- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, mashed
- Extra blueberries, for topping
Instructions
- In a mason jar, combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and mashed blueberries.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Stir before eating and garnish with extra blueberries if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to taste.
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat milk or a nut milk with high fat content.
