Refreshingly tangy and sweet, this Blueberry Lemonade is the perfect drink for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 large lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or honey/agave syrup to taste)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine the blueberries with 1 cup of water. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour the blended blueberries through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
- To the pitcher, add the granulated sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor or serve it right away over ice.
