Description

A delicious and hearty casserole combining classic cheeseburger flavors with crispy French fries, topped with a savory burger sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 28-ounce bag of shoestring French fries
  • 10.5-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5-ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated onions
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer and cook the French fries according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced onions until no pink remains. Add minced garlic, cooking for 30-45 seconds. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup into the beef mixture until well combined.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture into a 7×11 casserole dish. Layer cooked French fries on top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake the casserole at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the burger sauce over the casserole before serving. Enjoy!
