- 1 cup diced bacon, cooked
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning (Montreal)
- ½ onion, yellow, finely chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10.5 ounces cheddar soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 28 ounces frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out the frozen tots in a dish and bake them for 10 minutes.
- Heat up a frying pan over medium-high and cook the ground meat along with the onion until the meat’s no longer pink. Drain grease and toss in steak seasoning.
- Mix bacon, sour cream, and cheese soup into your cooked beef and stir well. Spread this mix over the tots in the dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese over everything.
- Pop the dish back into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until the top is bubbly and the tots crisp up. Dish out and dig in!

- Make sure to drain the grease from the meat for a healthier dish.
- You can add other toppings such as pickles or jalapeños for extra flavor.
