Description

A quick and easy cheesy beef one-pot meal ready in just 30 minutes, packed with flavors and comfort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 lb of macaroni noodles
  • Pepper as needed
  • 2 tablespoons Italian herbs
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Toss the ground beef into a big pot and cook on medium heat, breaking it up while it cooks. Drain any grease if needed.
  2. Mix in the minced garlic, then add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  3. Add the beef broth and the can of crushed tomatoes to the pot.
  4. Let it come to a light boil and drop in the macaroni noodles, stirring occasionally while it cooks for about 10–15 minutes. Add extra broth if the noodles start to dry out.
  5. Once the macaroni is done, stir in the cheddar cheese. Adjust salt, pepper, or other seasonings to taste.
  6. Scoop it onto plates or bowls while it’s still hot and serve immediately.
