Ingredients
-
1 package (16 oz) Pizza Dough
-
½ lb Cooked Sausage, crumbled
-
½ cup Pepperoni Slices
-
½ cup Bell Pepper, chopped
-
¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
-
1½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ????
-
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
-
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
-
1 tbsp Olive Oil
-
Salt & Pepper, to taste
-
Marinara Sauce, for dipping (optional) ????
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, and a dash of salt and pepper.
3. Roll Out & Fill the Dough
-
Roll the pizza dough out on a clean, lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.
-
Evenly spread the filling mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
-
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough into a tight log, pinching the seam and ends to seal.
4. Bake
-
Transfer the rolled bread to your prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
-
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted inside.
5. Slice & Serve
-
Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
-
Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy every cheesy, savory bite!
Notes
-
Customize it! Add mushrooms, olives, jalapeños, or any leftover roasted veggies you’ve got.
-
Use store-bought or homemade pizza dough—both work beautifully.
-
Brush the top with a little garlic butter before baking for extra flavor and shine.
-
For crispier crust, bake directly on a preheated pizza stone if you have one!
