Description

Delicious quesadillas filled with cheesy garlic butter, steak, and bacon, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked steak, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped steak, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and garlic butter until well combined.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the filling on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice into wedges, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
