- 2 cups cooked steak, chopped
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped steak, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and garlic butter until well combined.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the filling on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
