- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

- Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, mayonnaise, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Warm up the pita bread in the oven.
- To assemble the shawarma, place some sliced chicken on a piece of pita bread.
- Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
