Description

Chocolate Baked Oats are a delicious, guilt-free treat perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased ramekin and top with the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Enjoy your delicious Chocolate Baked Oats!
