- ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Use a whisk to mix.
- In another medium mixing bowl, mix vegetable oil, light brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Combine well.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop the chilled dough into 1-tablespoon balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack before serving.
