  • Fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Spiced pear or apple juice
  • Bitters (optional, orange bitters recommended)
  • Club soda or tonic water
  • 1 Egg white (for flips, optional)
  • Ground cardamom
  • Ginger liqueur (optional, e.g., Domaine de Canton)
  • Pomegranate juice (for punch or as a swap)
  • Sugar (for sugared cranberries)
  • Cinnamon (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds/arils
  • Thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Cranberry Rosemary Gin Fizz: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in 1.5 oz gin, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Top with 2 oz club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and sugared cranberries.
  2. Spiced Gin & Pear Sparkler: In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz gin, 2 oz spiced pear juice, and 0.25 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into a flute. Top with 2 oz Prosecco. Garnish with a pear slice and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Merry Berry Gin Smash: Muddle 4-5 cranberries with 0.5 oz simple syrup and 2-3 mint leaves in a rocks glass. Add ice, 1.5 oz gin, and 1 oz cranberry juice. Stir and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
  4. Frosted Pine Gin & Tonic: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1.5 oz gin and 4 oz tonic water. Add a splash of rosemary-infused simple syrup (optional). Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon zest.
