Instructions
- Cranberry Rosemary Gin Fizz: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in 1.5 oz gin, 2 oz cranberry juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup. Top with 2 oz club soda and stir gently. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and sugared cranberries.
- Spiced Gin & Pear Sparkler: In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz gin, 2 oz spiced pear juice, and 0.25 oz lemon juice. Shake with ice, strain into a flute. Top with 2 oz Prosecco. Garnish with a pear slice and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Merry Berry Gin Smash: Muddle 4-5 cranberries with 0.5 oz simple syrup and 2-3 mint leaves in a rocks glass. Add ice, 1.5 oz gin, and 1 oz cranberry juice. Stir and garnish with mint and a lime wedge.
- Frosted Pine Gin & Tonic: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1.5 oz gin and 4 oz tonic water. Add a splash of rosemary-infused simple syrup (optional). Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon zest.
