Description

A delightful treat, these Christmas Golden Oreo Truffles combine the crunch of Golden Oreos with creamy cheese and a sweet chocolate coating, perfect for celebrating the holiday season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 14.3 oz. package Golden Oreos
  • 1 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz. white melting chocolate
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add oreos and process until fine crumbs.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add cream cheese (broken up into small pieces) and vanilla. Use your hands to combine well.
  3. Roll into small, bite-sized balls and freeze for about 10-15 minutes for best results.
  4. Melt white chocolate using either the double boiler method or package instructions.
  5. Roll each truffle in chocolate to coat evenly and place on parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with desired color of sprinkles.
  7. Repeat with remaining balls and allow to cool and dry before eating.
  8. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
