Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth and creamy (1–2 minutes).
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip gently until light, fluffy, and cloud-like (30–45 seconds).
  3. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the top (10 seconds).
  4. Add big swirls of extra Cool Whip on top to create snowy peaks (20 seconds).
