- 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; beat well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined.
- Fill each muffin tin about two-thirds full and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they spring back when touched. Cool completely.
- For frosting, mix powdered sugar, butter, heavy cream, and food coloring until smooth; pipe onto cooled cupcakes.

- For extra decoration, consider adding edible glitter or small candy decorations on top of the frosting.
