- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

- 1 tsp baking powder

For the cheesecake filling, you’ll need:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
And for that irresistible cinnamon sugar coating:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Optional Add-ons:
- Chocolate chips
- Chopped nuts
- A dash of nutmeg
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by creaming together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Make the cheesecake filling by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Assemble the cookies by filling each donut mold halfway with batter, adding cheesecake filling, and covering with more batter.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Coat the baked cookies in melted butter and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
