- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture boils.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the saltine crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle the mixture over the chocolate chips.
- Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt on top.
- Allow the toffee to cool completely before breaking it into pieces and enjoying.
