Description

A delicious fusion of cinnamon rolls and honeybun cheesecake, offering a delightful dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut it into small pieces.
  4. Press the dough pieces into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the sour cream, honey, and ground cinnamon.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll base.
  9. If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  11. Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan.
  12. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter topping, drizzle with additional honey before serving.
  • Can be served warm or cold.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
