Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (chopped if large)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang. Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
  3. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang and cut into squares or bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
