Description
A delicious and creamy garlic butter shrimp bowl served with herb-infused rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear 1-2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
- Spoon cooked rice into bowls, sprinkle with parsley and dill, and top with the shrimp. Serve immediately.

- This dish is best served freshly prepared.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for variations.
