- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic powder. Form into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a skillet, then set aside.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Stir in cream, stock, and Parmesan.
- Return meatballs to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
