Ingredients

							Scale

			- 12 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Black food coloring
 - Orange food coloring
 - Black olives
 - Chives or green onions
 - Paprika
 - Cream cheese

Instructions
- Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by one inch. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, then immediately remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 12 minutes for perfectly cooked yolks without green rings.
 - Transfer eggs immediately to an ice water bath to stop cooking process. Allow eggs to cool completely, approximately 10 minutes.
 - Gently crack and peel eggs under cool running water, starting from the larger end. Pat dry with paper towels.
 - Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl. Arrange egg white halves on a serving platter.
 - Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Divide mixture for different color variations.
 - Add black food coloring to one portion and orange coloring to another. Leave one portion natural yellow.
 - Fill egg white halves with colored yolk mixtures, creating “spider” eggs with halved olives as bodies and chive pieces as legs. Make “eyeball” eggs with cream cheese dots and paprika.

Notes
- For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
 - Dijon mustard can be used for a sharper taste.
 - Chilling the eggs for 30 minutes is recommended for best presentation.
