Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
  3. Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish until golden brown.
