Instructions
- In a skillet, cook frozen hash browns according to package instructions until they’re golden brown and crispy. Set them aside for that delightful crunch!
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs, milk (if using), salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Melt a little butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, stirring occasionally until the eggs are just set and fluffy.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer the cooked eggs, crispy hash browns, any optional protein, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Top off your filling with your favorite salsa or sauce.
- Carefully fold in the edges of the tortilla toward the center to form a hexagon shape.
