Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and thinly sliced onion.
- In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together the vinegar, cracked pepper, sugar, salt, water, and olive oil until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.
- Let the salad sit for at least 15-20 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
