Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup sour cream + ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice cucumbers, leaving the peel for texture. Pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk sour cream, mayo, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over cucumber mix and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Stir again and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
