Description

A delightful sandwich that combines the tangy taste of dill pickles, the savory flavor of bacon, and the richness of cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 slices dill pickles
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon using your preferred method. Drain the bacon on a paper towel.
  2. Butter each slice of bread on one side only with butter or mayonnaise if using.
  3. Place the bread butter-side down on a hot skillet. Top with the cheddar cheese slices, bacon, dill pickle slices, and Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat, flipping halfway until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • This sandwich can be customized with different types of cheese or bread.
  • Consider adding other ingredients such as lettuce or tomato for more flavor.
