Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon Persian blue salt finely ground
  • 1 cup water room temperature or cold
  • A few drops of lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey for sweetening if desired
  • 23 mint leaves optional

  4. You can add 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten it. If you add honey, you should also mix it well.
  5. Finally, if you like, garnish it with mint leaves and serve. If you want to drink it cold, add crushed ice.

Notes
