Ingredients
Drink Base
-
3 cups very cold strawberry milk
-
1 cup full-fat vanilla ice cream
-
1/2 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup chilled pineapple juice
-
1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
For the Float Effect
-
1–2 cups lemon-lime soda (add last)
Toppings
-
Whipped cream (fresh or canned)
-
Pastel Easter sprinkles
-
Mini marshmallows (optional)
-
Bunny Peeps
-
Paper straws (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend the creamy base
In a blender, combine strawberry milk, vanilla ice cream, heavy cream, and pineapple juice.
Blend on medium-high speed until smooth and thick. The mixture should look like a creamy strawberry milkshake.
Taste the mixture and add 1–2 tablespoons sugar if you want it sweeter. Blend briefly again.
2. Adjust the consistency
Check the texture:
-
If too thick → add a splash of strawberry milk and blend briefly.
-
If too thin → add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and blend again.
The final texture should be pourable but creamy, similar to a milkshake.
3. Add the soda
Pour the blended mixture into a large pitcher.
Slowly add 1 cup lemon-lime soda and gently stir once or twice.
Do not overmix so the drink stays lightly fizzy.
Taste and add more soda if you want a stronger bubbly effect.
4. Assemble the glasses
Fill tall clear glasses about ¾ full with the punch.
Leave room at the top for whipped cream and decorations.
(Optional: add a few ice cubes if serving outside or in warm weather.)
5. Add the toppings
Top each glass with:
-
A swirl of whipped cream
-
Pastel Easter sprinkles
-
A few mini marshmallows
Place one Bunny Peep gently into the whipped cream so it stands upright.
Add a paper straw beside it.
Serve
Serve immediately while the punch is cold, creamy, and slightly fizzy. Perfect for Easter brunch, kids’ parties, or spring gatherings! 🐣🥤
