Easy Cheesy Breakfast Rolls are a delicious and simple treat filled with eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or homemade dough)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage (use beef or turkey bacon for substitution)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook gently until just set, then remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs onto each piece, then top with shredded cheese and cooked bacon or sausage.
- Roll up each dough triangle starting from the wide end and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon or sausage.
- You can customize the cheese according to your preference.
- These rolls can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking.
