- 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional, for heat)
- 2 teaspoons sugar

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the beef is browned, add the minced garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage and stir well, cooking until the cabbage is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, chili paste (if using), and sugar. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
