A quick and delicious recipe for creamy garlic lobster tails that can be made in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (56 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (for sauce)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of lobster tails lengthwise and gently pull meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush lobster meat generously with this mixture.
  4. Broil lobster tails for 8–10 minutes, or until meat is opaque and lightly browned.
  5. While they broil, make the cream sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly whisk in cream and cook until thickened, about 3–4 minutes. Add Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  7. Spoon warm sauce over lobster tails. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster, as it can become tough.
  • Feel free to add more garlic for a stronger flavor.
