- 10–12 pieces Fresh Jalapeños
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- as needed spray Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the jalapeños and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, packing it well.
- Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
