Description

Easy Creamy Jalapeño Poppers are a delicious and simple snack made with fresh jalapeños stuffed with a creamy cheese mixture.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • as needed spray Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the jalapeños and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, packing it well.
  5. Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
