Description

A refreshing and delicious fruit salad that combines a medley of colorful fruits, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pound strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 pound seedless grapes
  • 4 ounces raspberries
  • 4 ounces blueberries
  • 1 Pomegranate, arils from 1 fruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup or agave
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, or lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • a few sprigs of thyme, or mint

Instructions

  1. Place the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey, and stir in the 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds.
  3. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

  • Feel free to use any seasonal fruits you prefer.
