A refreshing and delicious fruit salad that combines a medley of colorful fruits, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1/2 pound strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 pound seedless grapes
- 4 ounces raspberries
- 4 ounces blueberries
- 1 Pomegranate, arils from 1 fruit
- 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup or agave
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, or lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
- a few sprigs of thyme, or mint
Instructions
- Place the prepared fruits into a large bowl.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey, and stir in the 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

- Feel free to use any seasonal fruits you prefer.
- This salad can be made a few hours ahead of time for flavor enhancement.
