A festive and colorful layered jello dessert perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 box (3 oz) cherry jello
- 1 box (3 oz) lime jello
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups boiling water (divided)
- 1 cup cold water (divided)
- 0.5 cup cold water (for gelatin bloom)
Instructions
- Dissolve the cherry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well and add 0.5 cup of cold water. Pour into a 9×13 glass dish and refrigerate until set (about 30–45 minutes).
- Bloom the unflavored gelatin by sprinkling it over 0.5 cup of cold water. Let sit 5 minutes.
- Add 1.5 cups boiling water to the bloomed gelatin and stir to dissolve. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and let cool slightly.
- Gently pour the white layer over the set red layer and refrigerate until firm.
- Dissolve the lime jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 0.5 cup cold water. Let it cool slightly.
- Pour the green layer on top of the white layer. Refrigerate until fully set, about 1 hour.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- Allow each layer to set completely before adding the next to ensure clean lines.
- For a twist, you can use different flavors or colors of jello.
- Keep the jello chilled until serving to maintain its texture.
