Description

A creamy and delicious mango mousse that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ripe mango slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Puree the mango cubes with honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Gently fold the mango puree until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Garnish with mango slices before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute heavy cream with whipped coconut cream.
