Ingredients

  • 2 Fish fillets
  • 6 sprigs Thyme, chopped
  • 3 sprigs Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 2 teaspoons Parsley, chopped or dried
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced or chopped (or 2 teaspoons paste)
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, garlic, basil, lemon zest, lemon juice, sweet chili sauce, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the herb mixture over the top, ensuring the fish is well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
