Description

Delicious and nutritious egg white bites packed with bell pepper, spinach, and feta cheese, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups liquid egg whites
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¾ cup bell pepper, diced
  • ¾ cup spinach, chopped
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Evenly distribute the bell peppers, spinach, and feta cheese in the muffin tin.
  4. Pour the egg whites on top of the vegetables and cheese.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
