Description

A delicious blend of cheeseburger and French fries, this French Fry Cheeseburger is a flavor explosion you must try!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, as needed
  • ½ yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 10.5-ounce can cheddar cheese soup
  • 28-ounce bag frozen shoestring fries
  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pepper, as needed
  • 1 teaspoon pickle brine
  • ½ teaspoon dried onion pieces
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Warm up your air fryer and cook the fries following the directions on the bag.
  2. Set your oven to 350°F and let it preheat.
  3. Place a big skillet on medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until brown without any pink. Toss in the minced garlic and cook for a quick 30 seconds. Sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove extra grease.
  4. Stir both soups—cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom—into the beef mixture until smooth and blended.
  5. Scoop the beef mixture into a baking dish (7×11). Spread the fries evenly on top and finish with cheese sprinkled all over.
  6. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or just until the cheese looks melted.
  7. Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle brine, dried onion, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
  8. Pour the burger sauce over the casserole before digging in. Enjoy your meal!

Notes

  • Customize the seasoning according to your taste.
  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to use fresh fries instead of frozen for a homemade touch.
