Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (500 g) plain Greek yogurt (full fat or low fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet (approx. 9×13 inches or similar) with parchment paper.
