These Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups are a handheld spin on a classic burger—stuffed with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, and a pickle-y tang, all rolled up in soft pizza dough brushed with garlic butter. Baked to golden perfection and served with classic burger condiments, they’re everything you love about a cheeseburger—no grill required.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • ½ cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled ????

  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese ????

  • ¼ cup Diced Pickles ????

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

  • 1 Tube Refrigerated Pizza Dough

  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted ????

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish) ????

  • Ketchup & Mustard, for dipping ????

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat:

  • Brown the ground beef until fully cooked.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

  • Drain excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.

3. Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine:

  • Cooked beef

  • Crumbled bacon

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Diced pickles

Give it a good stir!

4. Roll It Up

  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.

  • Evenly spread the cheeseburger filling over the dough.

  • Starting from the long side, roll it up tightly into a log.

  • Slice into 1.5-inch rounds and place cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Garlic Butter Magic

  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic.

  • Brush each rollup generously with the garlic butter mixture.

6. Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

7. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Want it spicier? Add a few chopped jalapeños to the filling.

  • Prefer it saucy? Spread a thin layer of burger sauce or mayo-mustard on the dough before adding filling.

  • You can swap the cheddar for American, Swiss, or a smoky gouda for fun flavor twists!
